Hey, we get it—sometimes things don’t work out. Maybe the fit wasn’t quite right, or you just changed your mind. Either way, we’ve got you covered!

HOW RETURNS WORK (SUPER EASY!)

1️⃣ Jump into our returns portal here.
2️⃣ Enter your order number + ZIP/Postcode.
3️⃣ Select what you want to return & follow the prompts!

Once that’s done, we’ll sort out the rest!

AUSTRALIAN RETURNS

• Exchanges & Store Credit? FREE returns on us!

• Refunds? We’ll happily process it, but a $10 fee will be deducted to help cover return shipping costs.

📦 Pro tip: Don’t forget to attach your return label before dropping it off at any Australia Post location!

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Right now, we’re only able to offer refunds or store credit for international orders (we’re working on this—promise!).

• Customers are responsible for return shipping.

• We recommend using a prepaid, trackable service just in case your package decides to go on an adventure.

• Make sure to include your name, order number & email so we know it’s from you!

Unfortunately, we can’t refund the original shipping cost on international orders.

A FEW QUICK THINGS TO NOTE…

• No returns on Seamless Thongs & Socks (for hygiene reasons, of course!).

• All returns are processed at our Melbourne HQ.

• Store credits don’t expire! But they must be used in one transaction.

FAULTY ITEMS (RARE, BUT IT HAPPENS!)

✅ Your order number
✅ Clear photos of the issue + the Doyoueven logo

What counts as faulty?

• A manufacturing defect.

• Damage during transit (not your fault!).

• A sizing issue where the size chart doesn’t match the actual product (not to be confused with simply ordering the wrong size).

General wear & tear, incorrect washing, or misuse aren’t considered faults—but if you’re unsure, just ask!
